Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including mobility assistance, vital sign monitoring, and personal hygiene support
- Administer medications under RN supervision using EMR systems
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Assist with therapeutic activities and social engagement programs
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA/HHA certification preferred (training available)
- Weekend availability mandatory (no weekday shifts)
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Tennessee state background clearance required
- Strong communication skills in English
- Compassionate demeanor with geriatric experience preferred
