Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and vital sign monitoring during weekend night shifts
- Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures
- Administer medications and injections per protocols
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation and patient records
- Prepare exam rooms and medical supplies for overnight operations
- Coordinate patient flow during peak weekend hours
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
- Respond to after-hours patient inquiries with clinical support
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience required
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English/Spanish
- Ability to work independently in overnight settings
