Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments efficiently.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a high-quality, visually appealing store environment.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering questions regarding store policies and product details.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock counts and visual merchandising displays.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor and fitting rooms at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while performing job duties.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stock merchandise as needed.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
