- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, ensuring all transactions are secure and error-free.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute weekly sales strategies and promotional events.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of weekend events or displays as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory counting.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for weekend availability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
