Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection to ensure a positive shopping journey.
- Operational Excellence: Execute opening and closing procedures, manage point-of-sale transactions accurately, and handle cash with integrity.
- Merchandising: Maintain store standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, returns, and exchanges, ensuring inventory accuracy and product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve sales goals and support store operations during high-traffic weekend periods.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with reliable attendance.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
- Requirements: Basic math skills and familiarity with technology (POS systems, tablets) are highly desirable.
