Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless service.
- Lead, train, and mentor floor associates to maintain high performance standards.
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively on weekends without supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
