Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ weekend staff, ensuring performance standards are met
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance during weekend shifts
- Optimize logistics processes to meet weekend delivery targets and client expectations
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure operational continuity
- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in logistics/supply chain management or equivalent operational leadership
- Proven experience supervising weekend or shift-based teams
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (required for facility inspections)
