Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations and logistics activities during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, oversee stock accuracy, and coordinate with the weekday management team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to weekend staff.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and manage overtime schedules effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
