Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Operations: Oversee daily logistics activities, including sorting, packing, and loading shipments on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and update inventory management systems accurately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Assurance: Perform detailed inspections to ensure all outgoing products meet our high standards of quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday operations team to resolve issues and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Customer Service: Assist internal and external stakeholders with inquiries regarding shipment status and inventory availability.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
