The Role
As a Weekend Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. You will oversee daily inventory counts, manage logistics workflows, and ensure our facility operates at peak efficiency during the weekend peak season.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inventory management and stock verification processes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to transfer daily logs and reports.
- Perform quality control checks on products before they are shipped to customers.
- Assist in training new weekend staff members on operational procedures.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with inventory management software.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday on a rotating schedule.
