Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory with 99% accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks within strict time deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license (Class B preferred) and a clean driving record.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) on a recurring basis.
