Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Process incoming orders, verify inventory, and manage stock levels in the warehouse.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
- Report operational issues or discrepancies to the Shift Manager immediately.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and generate reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or operations is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with reliability.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
