Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by strictly adhering to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately upon discovery.
- Collaborate closely with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure timely shift completion and high-quality standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks during peak weekend hours, ensuring cargo security.
- Perform light maintenance and cleaning of workstations and equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Demonstrated ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and punctuality.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; on-site training provided.
