Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations and logistics workflows during weekend shifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and manage stock rotation to ensure product availability.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional support to internal teams and external clients regarding order status and inquiries.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in training new hires and onboarding procedures during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday to Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer navigation.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
