Role Overview:
As a Weekend Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities run smoothly during high-traffic periods. You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and provide exceptional support to our clients. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to visitors and clients.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Assist in training new weekend staff members.
- Process transactions and handle cash handling with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to locations in Chicago, IL and Ohio.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
