Responsibilities
- Execute critical operational tasks during assigned weekend and night shifts.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and security regulations.
- Process incoming data, tickets, and orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate effectively with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and external clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening/night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office Suite, email, and web browsers).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
