Responsibilities
- Execute inbound and outbound shipping and receiving operations with precision and speed.
- Assist in the accurate management of inventory and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the weekday team to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience is required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing comprehension skills; ability to follow written instructions.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
