Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all warehouse and logistics operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless workflow.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections on inventory and shipping materials to meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our proprietary management systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Lead and mentor a small team of weekend staff, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify bottlenecks and improve weekend efficiency.
- Collaborate with the week-day operations team to ensure continuity of supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively during off-hours.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, including holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
