Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily logistics and warehouse operations during weekend shifts.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of 10+ associates to ensure peak productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent downtime.
- Generate and review end-of-shift reports and operational metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational discrepancies efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (Full-time hours).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
