As a Weekend Operations Manager, you will oversee daily logistics, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a team of dedicated staff to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend operational activities and logistics workflows to ensure efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate the weekend staff to meet KPIs and sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate closely with the central office on Mondays.
- Resolve complex customer escalations and ensure high service standards are maintained.
- Monitor safety protocols and facility security during weekend shifts.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and operational summaries for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, logistics, or operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic inventory management software.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule with mandatory weekend shifts.
