Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and logistics activities during weekend shifts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 5+ employees to ensure high performance.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock organization, and stockroom maintenance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure environment.
- Analyze workflow processes and implement improvements for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews to drive team engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or operational role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven reliability and punctuality (Weekend availability is mandatory).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- High school diploma or GED required.
