Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily logistics workflows and inventory management systems.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5-10 associates during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and operational standards (OSHA compliance).
- Resolve customer inquiries and team conflicts with high emotional intelligence.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Handle cash reconciliation and point-of-sale operations accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, retail management, or warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday, plus occasional weekday shifts as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
