Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise daily operations during weekend shifts to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply teams to ensure stock availability.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and operational issues with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Prepare and review shift reports, including productivity metrics and incident logs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or retail management.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent weekly basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
