Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and logistics activities during the weekend shift.
- Manage a team of 15-20 warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and morale.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team on stock replenishment.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct daily safety briefings.
- Identify process improvements to increase throughput and reduce errors.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipping discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience, specifically in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
