Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend handovers
- Implement process improvements for weekend efficiency and safety compliance
- Lead and mentor weekend staff through performance coaching and development
- Monitor KPIs and generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining service excellence
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- 3+ years experience in logistics or warehouse management
- Proven leadership experience with weekend or shift-based teams
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WMS and inventory software
- OSHA certification and safety management expertise
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
