Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all weekend warehouse activities, including inventory management, order picking, and shipping.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 10+ associates to maximize productivity and morale.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and reconcile stock discrepancies using advanced WMS software.
- Coordinate with the weekday management team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs during peak weekends.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews to drive team excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification and forklift driving experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage conflict and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
