- Manage end-to-end weekend logistics operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery coordination
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ weekend staff, ensuring performance targets and service excellence
- Implement process optimization strategies to reduce weekend operational costs by 15%
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless handover and consistent service levels
- Monitor and report on KPIs including delivery accuracy, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction
- Develop contingency plans for weekend disruptions and emergency response protocols
- Conduct weekly team briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain management
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced environments
