Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing clear instructions and performance feedback to maintain high morale.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance to maintain a secure working environment for all employees.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Conduct daily briefings and shift handovers to ensure continuity of operations.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and schedule repairs as necessary to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business or Logistics is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work weekends exclusively (Saturday and Sunday) with the flexibility to work occasional overtime.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
