Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Manage team of 15+ weekend staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Implement and optimize safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with weekday managers and corporate office
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements
- Handle weekend customer inquiries and resolve operational issues
- Prepare weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of warehouse operations management experience
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management success
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Available to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday) with flexibility for holidays
