As the Weekend Operations Manager, you will be the face of our weekend shift, leading a team of dedicated professionals to meet high-volume demands. We are looking for candidates who are proactive, organized, and ready to make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and logistics activities during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise, mentor, and train a team of warehouse associates and logistics personnel.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Manage personnel scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution within the team.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operations.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software is highly desirable.
