Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend inbound/outbound freight movements using WMS systems
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies
- Lead weekend cross-functional team of 5-7 associates
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding shipment status
- Ensure OSHA compliance in warehouse operations
- Generate daily performance reports for management
- Train new weekend staff on SOPs and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP/Oracle)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (5am-1pm or 1pm-9pm)
- Basic math and data entry proficiency
