Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse operations to ensure 100% on-time order fulfillment.
- Conduct safety audits and maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant work environment.
- Manage inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the weekday shift leads to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
