Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely utilize pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems to move products within the warehouse.
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately package, label, and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all quality standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth workflow during peak weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
