Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient loading, unloading, and staging of merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect equipment and facility for safety hazards; report maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during the sorting process.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with consistent availability.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
