Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory with precision and care.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely according to OSHA safety protocols.
- Assist in organizing warehouse spaces to maximize workflow efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding orders and shipment status.
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
