Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, sort, and store incoming merchandise to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure seamless workflow during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
