Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and manage stockroom organization to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and colleagues to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
