Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure 100% productivity and efficiency.
- Manage inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and workplace compliance standards at all times.
- Liaise with team leads to report operational issues and resolve them proactively.
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members to ensure team cohesion.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational for the weekend schedule.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license required.
