Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Perform general warehouse duties including stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Operate basic office equipment and inventory management software.
- Handle incoming calls and emails regarding store operations and customer inquiries.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods safely and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety and security policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
