Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the daily flow of goods within our Charlotte facility.
- Execute receiving and shipping operations with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing cargo.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday).
