Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock areas to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition of inventory and processes.
- Adhere to company policies and quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
