Responsibilities
- Oversee Weekend Workflow: Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient processing of inbound and outbound inventory during weekend shifts.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation using our ERP systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required by daily tasks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing shipments meet our high-quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team and supervisors to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management software is highly desirable.
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required for this position.
