Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory counts and ensure accurate stock replenishment during weekend shifts.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with a focus on speed, accuracy, and safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in adherence to OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Perform basic data entry and reporting tasks to support logistics tracking.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently without conflict.
