As a Weekend Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Enjoy the flexibility of working Friday through Sunday while earning a competitive wage.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Trucking Operations: Load and unload trucks using proper equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Equipment Handling: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
