Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends (Friday-Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
