Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanning equipment and WMS systems.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and clean work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes and manage material flow.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, GMP guidelines, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and rotating night shifts.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a team setting.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
