Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics operations, including precise order picking, packing, and labeling to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage inventory stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts and ensuring proper rotation of stock.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekend operations team to meet daily throughput targets and service level agreements.
- Process incoming returns and resolve minor customer inquiries with a professional, customer-first approach.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday; availability on holidays is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Track record of reliability, punctuality, and positive attitude in a team setting.
