Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person crew during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor inventory flow and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train new staff on warehouse equipment and procedures
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with day shift teams for smooth transitions
- Implement process improvements for weekend efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid forklift certification required
- Availability for every weekend shift (Sat/Sun)
- Basic knowledge of WMS systems
