Responsibilities
- Execute inventory management and order fulfillment during weekend/night shifts
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication for after-hours operations
- Maintain safety protocols and equipment functionality during off-peak hours
- Process shipments and documentation with 99.9% accuracy
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing products
- Support emergency logistics requests as needed
- Generate shift reports and operational summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail operations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and 12-hour night shifts
