Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to all clients and visitors during weekend operations.
- Manage daily workflow efficiently to ensure seamless store and facility operations.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and merchandise display.
- Collaborate closely with the weekday team to maintain continuity of operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform opening and closing procedures accurately to secure the facility.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
